Does anyone do Prenatal Yoga - where to go?
Just wondering if anyone does prenatal yoga...i know i could do a tape, but I am looking for somewhere that I can go take it.
I would love to know where you go....

yes i bought the crunch workout tape. it really helps to relax you and stretch your muscles.
