DOes anyone absolutely LOVE step aerobics?
i LIVE for it! its my favorite thing to do!
i used to dance and i guess the whole choreography part gets me excited and I almost feel like I am dancing again but also getting a great workout.
I actually look forward to my step class!
Anyone else love it too?
Where do you go that has great teachers?

I do love Step Aerobics. As a matter of fact my basement is used for the gym and I have the Reebok Step Aerobics(The Adjustable Step and The VHS) I love doing step.

I really love it too...when I do exercise I prefer to do this...i have a step at home and some really great tapes that I wish were dvds right now...I have one from the espn bodyshapers thats very good, and one from crunch fitness that kills me...i do turbo jam as well as step too
ets..I used to go to Lucille Roberts for step and they had some pretty great classes

I'm an absolute spaz, I could never take that class...I'm always 5 steps behind. I even have problems with kick boxing...I have no intrinsic beat I guess.
Im glad you girls love it...it looks like tons of fun and great low impact cardio.

That sounds like me!!!!! I've been a runner my whole life and I feel like a total klutz when I go to step or kick-boxing! Thank goodness I am loving spin class!

me too!! the only thingn I"m good at is the grapevine so every time they say that I feel so cool

I go to Lucille roberts and someone was just telling me that they found out too much step is really bad for your knees that a bunch of trainers had to have knee surgery I don't know how true it is but they use to have a lot of step clasees at lucile now they only have one. She was saying once a week is fine but too much is bad. I'm too spastic for step.
