Does anybody else feel like
they can't breathe after they eat...I feel like Im about to suffocate...all I had was a tuna sandwich...and a fruit shake before that BUT still I always feel like Im full to the top!

Sometimes. And I find that I get full very quickly. Like one bite I am ravenous & the next one I am ready to explode.

Yes, yesterday was worse than today though... I was full all day and my belly was sooo bloated, and yet I'd get hungry... I just don't get it!

I have trouble breathing all the time lately! If I talk too much or too fast, I get out of breath, after I eat too.

It actually happened to me more in the beginning (around the week you are in) then it does now. I used to eat and barely be able to breathe at all. It could also be that I was eating alot more back then?! Maybe try eating smaller meals throughout the day?

Yes I get full very fast eating a lot less than usual but than I get hungry again after 1/2 hr.
