We were able to get Lambie, Stuffy and Doc the day they were in the stores. DH & I each went to different ones and they hadn't unloaded anything else yet

I called TRU the other day and they said they sold out in 15 minutes last week! I think I'll wait until the supply has caught up to demand to get ours.

I was in target in medford and they have a bunch of the bags for 14.99... I was so excited i grabed one... I almost wanted to buy more and sell them on ebay I feel like it is gonna be a hot item

I am on a HUNT for these toys! Disney store online has the doctor bag for $16.50. I read that other retailers should be getting the toys this month sometime so I am going to try and wait it out! I think I want the toys for my kids more then them!

I just ordered the dr bag from disney. DD will be so excited. I will have to hit some stores tomorrow for some of the dolls  Medford is a little to far for me. But Doc may be worth it

 This is why people like me can never get a hold of these "hot items". Buy what you need for your kid and give the rest of the parents a fair chance to purchase as well.

This is why people like me can never get a hold of these "hot items". Buy what you need for your kid and give the rest of the parents a fair chance to purchase as well.
I understand where you're coming from, but I don't completely agree. There would be no motivation for people to scoop up stuff to sell on ebay if there was no MARKET for it. But sellers know that parents will pay ridiculous prices in order to have some "hot" item that their child will promptly forget about a couple days after receiving it.
Realistically, anyone could just buy their child a Fisher Price doctor kit and let them make believe they are Doc McStuffin. They don't "need" specific accessories.

The only reason there is a MARKET for it is because greedy people are buying all of them the second they hit the shelves. An ordinary parent has no chance to buy them because people like that are trying to make a quick buck.
