Do you tip the same 20% if you get a salon service in someone's home?
I gave the woman a bit more than 20% and she looked disappointed.

what, what? she collects 100% of the fee and 20% tip and is STILL unappreciative. yeah, that makes sense.

I thought the whole point of them doing it at home was to just make the fee- not the tip
they are already making a ton more then they would at the salon
I prefer the salon experince- if I still was expected to tip

What?
As the "owner" you usually get NO TIP.
As a "worker" 20% is on the high side. It's usually 15-20% tip.
I love tips when I work outside my house.
At home, I don't expect a tip.

I have tried on several occasions, and she always says, no, shes making 100 % of the profit on me, so no tip!
