Yes. They do all the clean up and set up so I don't have to so that deserves a tip lol

I just found out that there will be 8 employees in the play area and 2 serving pizza & cake. What do I do now? Do I still only tip the ones serving?

That is a whole lot of people. I would give $50-60 and let them split it... Can't tip all of them a large amount of money.. I had 4 at one party and asked the owner and she said they will split whatever I gave...

I would only tip the ones serving unless the ones in the play area are really interacting with the kids. I went to a party at a bounce place and the ones in the play area literally just sat there and watched the kids go down the slides and stuff. The servers worked their butts off making sure everyone had food and drink and one even cut my sons pizza up for me. My friend only tipped the servers in this case.
