I want to do baked buffalo chicken tenders. Do you think it would work if I marinated the chicken tenders in Franks Buffalo Sauce and then breaded them using the sauce as the binding agent and then baked them off? Or do you think the breadcrumbs would get soggy and nasty?

I think it might get soggy. If you really want to, try it out with half and do the other half another way. Just incase.

Honestly, you don't even need the breadcrumbs. We make buffalo chicken all the time. Either grill or bake the chicken, then take hot sauce (we love Franks), heat it with a little bit of butter and any additional seasoning you may want, then toss the chicken in it.

I was thinking I would bread them do I could make some just plain for the kids and buffalo for DH and I. I found an easy looking recipe I'm going to try using saltiness instead of breadcrums. If it comes out good I'll post it.

I would maybe add some melted butter to the hot sauce to thin it out some.
Let us know how it goes!

You can also mix some of the sauce with eggs to dip the chicken in and then breadcrumb. This will spice them up and give them some base flavor.
You can mix additional sauce with blue cheese as a dipping sauce for when they are done cooking.
