Do you think in 8 days w/out water...

my plants will die outside? We are going away and I am worried they will die. At least it won't be that hot out yet.

I'd be more worried about a frost than underwatering. Are they in pots?

I only water potted plants once a week this time of year. In ground plants not at all - I let mother nature take care of that for me.

Yes they are in pots. I had no idea how often to water them either. Great. ThanksChat Icon

At what temp do you change to more then once a week?

You can lift them out of the pots and lay a drenched piece of rope on the bottom and then put them back. The plants will soak out of it as they need it... you can also poke the rope through the whole at the bottom and put that end in a bucket of water
