Do you think I should bring him to the doctor?
DS has had a fever since Sunday night. The strange part is he gets the fever only during the day not during the night. When he wakes up he has no fever. He has got a cold with it. He was misrable yesterday. The last few days he hasn't been eating much but he is drinking his bottles ok. Today he isnt misrable but my sister said she went to put his pants back on after changing him and grabbed his leg and he let out a big cry like he was in pain in his legs.

It's probably just teething. Our bodys naturally get warmer during the evening hours. But, if he looks uncomfortable and he isn't eating like he normally does then call the pediatrician and see what they say. If they tell you to keep an eye on him at least you know that you called and you are doing what they are asking you to do.
What's his temperature?

Yes
I wouldn't bother then... they won't be able to do anything for him other than tell you the things that we discuss on here all the time.
Teething tablets, motrin, a cold wet washcloth, and just let him eat and drink when he wants... His gums are sore - think about it that way. Give him soft stuff - mashed potato, sweet potato, mashed banana things like that!
