Do you think
getting a short haircut makes ones face look "fuller" or make one look heavier??
Im really thinking of chopping my hair, but am so scared its gonna make me look like a cow- I guess I feel that my long hair hides my "fat" right now

Depending in the length, sometimes i feel fatter with shorter hair.

I agree. I feel like my face looks heavier with anything above shoulders.

It depends. I have an oval face, maybe a little heart-shaped, and I personally think I look "thinner" with longer hair. I can't really tell....but I do think if you're considering short hair, just do it, b/c you'll go nuts thinking about it all the time! I'm sure you will look GREAT!
