Do you take vitamins/supplements?
If so, what do you take- and are there any that you take for a specific reason/ benefit (besides general health)?

I take a multi-vitamin (womens one a day); an extra 400mcg of folic acid (to prepare for TTC) and I add flaxseed to my cereal/toast in the morning.

I take 4 vitamins:
multivitamin
vitamin D-for bone health
calcium w/magnesium-for bone health
DHA omega 3
