do you know of any sites where you can search for information about a college?
a friend and I want to go back for our doctorate in education but we don't know how to figure out what local colleges have that program!

I usually just google it - like:
phd education ny
or something. You can find it from there.

the college board used to have a search engine on their site. I think it's www.collegeboard.com

YEah - college board is a good site. Or you can always go to the individual college's sites and see who has the programs.

You cna also get US News and World Report Guide to Graduate Schools and there's an online component as well
