Do you have "driving peers"?
I see the same cars driving to and from work everyday. I guess there are several people in my neighborhood on the same schedule as me….
It's funny - I actually LOOK for them now! I get a little annoyed when I don't see them.

Yes, definitely when I commuted by car!
And now that I just drive a very short bit to the railroad, it's funny that on the way home I'm always "with" two cars, both turn up my street!!!

I don't really notice them on the road, but the woman next door often leaves around the same time I do. And sometimes the guy around the corner.

i always notice the same big shiny white yukon with the cross decal on the back. Makes me wonder if she recognizes me daily, too!

not so much on LI BUT when I lived in NC I had tons of driving buddies!! We used to wave all the time! I miss them

Not so much in my immediate neighborhood but I notice this orange car when I get to a certain road and then we both drive in to the same complex, although we work in 2 different buildings. When I see the orange car I know I'm on time lol.

I always wonder why I don't notice more driving peers. Especially in the am since it's so early (6:15).
Although a year ago I did wind up behind the same SUV Mon-Fri on the Sagtikos. Strangest thing ever.

When I used to commute to work everyday from Suffolk to Queens, I actually spotted my MIL on the LIE a few times coming and going!
