Do You Have a Sink In Your Basement
We currently have a large slop sink next to our washing machine. Our sump pump just broke so I have the option of replacing it or getting rid of the sink all together. We really don't use it but do you think its good to have anyway? If you have one do you use it or if you don't do you wish you had one?

we actually just had one installed 2 weeks ago. for us, we wanted it for a few specific reasons and i'm really glad we installed it. we purchased the materials ourselves and the sump pump wasn't too bad, maybe $200.

We have a slop sink and a bathroom sink in the basement. We have yet to use the slop sink but I am sure we will.

I have one, and I use it quite a bit. Good for cleaning off tools that I use in the basement, for DW to soak clothes if she needs to, even just to rinse off your hands.

Apart from the bathroom sink and wetbar sink, we have a slop sink in a similar set up as yours. We use it for everything from handwashing linens to rinsing out paint brushes..very useful!
