Do you go by gestational age or menstrual age?
When I called the obgyn they asked my lmp and said, "oh so your about 4 weeks" but I know we conceived about 2 weeks ago.....could someone explain?

You go by you LMP.

so then I would be 4 weeks? ...I guess I understand....just sounds so strange to me ....lol....either way, I am as happy as can be

You go by your LMP throughout. So, for example I am 30 weeks, but I probably only conceived 28 weeks ago.
