do you feel most people over analyze their lives?
i hear people and sometimes i just think life could be so much simpler.
of course, i feel we should all make decisions in our life that will benefit us and keep us and others out of danger, but i feel many decisions are very simple, but people just make it more difficult.
does that make sense?

Absolutely
My psyc professor once said that people confuse Want with Needs, and that is often what complicates their lives. You may want an expensive car, the latest tv or electronic toy, to "keep up with the Joneses" etc but you dont NEED those things.
You NEED shelter, food, clothing, not ipods, electronic car starters, or coach bags

another good point. i agree. as long as you have health and loved ones, everything else is just gravy that doesnt need to bring stress to your life.

YES! And they totally take it (their lives) for granted too...it's not that hard to make the best decision.
I believe in this too:
as long as you have health and loved ones, everything else is just gravy that doesnt need to bring stress to your life.
Live for TODAY! Don't OVERTHINK!

I definitley agree with that statement. I will admit that I have been guilty of it at times but I need to take a step back and remember how far I've come.

I have always over thought everything and I hate that I do it. It has been alot better since I am a SAHM and my days consist of caring for a 6.5 month old so I dont have time to think.

Yep.......but then I think I overanalyze things too. Depends on the person and situation. Some things I think are important and need to be analyzed, others think there's a simple solution, and vice versa.
