do you ever wonder
what part IF plays in your reactions and opinions to things?
I had a mini titty attack in Staples today and I wondered if my rashy, bruised hormonal body played a role in my reaction. The staffer was a freaking idiot so I'm not sure if I would've acted differently a few years ago, but I wonder...

Lately it has been affecting everything. Pregnancy news, facebook baby pictures, the holidays.
I lost it with the pushy salesman that works the kiosks at the mall, for children photos. I said no thank you, but he kept on pushing to look at their packages, and went on to say how beautiful my children must be and how could I not want their pictures taken.
So instead of ignoring him, I turned around and lost it. I yelled at him telling him that if I had children I know they would be beautiful, but being that I am infertile and struggling, right now having pictures taken would not be an option. DH of course was shocked but turned to the salesman and said you deserved that. Gotta love that man

Wow! Good for you! I know the guy had no clue but still. Stop pushing!
I know I am more short fused than usual. My family tells me I need to be on meds because I'm easily agitated, but what I really need is just to be pregnant and not have to deal with this.

I think it plays a huge role in how I react to most things in my daily life. I feel like we have so much on our plates right now that adding anything from others tips the scales to an unhealthly balance. Normal, every day stressors cause a much bigger reaction than they would otherwise, IMO.

oh it effect everything...
my eating habits...i am on a iv drip of peanut butter and when i go food shopping we need 2 carts..and yes i still give dirty looks while eating in the supermarket to the pregnant people on line in front of me
my clothes...i know just wear garbage bags..that is all that will fit me...
my skin...i use to be a nice shad of white/tan..my sicilian side lol....now i am just purple and green....if grimace and slimer had a child it would look like me...and i bet they had that baby on the first shot
my bank account...yea i use to have one
my sex life..now involves many people and instruments and meds..it is like a group porn except i am not getting paid
my acting career...i may have found a new goal..i can act with the best when u tell me the story of how it took u forever to get pregnant..u know 4 months..and i smile and go omg how horrible!
and finally my overall view on life...it really suucks sometimes!

Im so happy to see this post here. Literally just had a meltdown with DH saying that I dont really thik I can handle IVF and any more of this situation. Ive been doing well for so long keeping my head up and focused on other things but I jusst fell apart.
Sometimes everything else in my life is competely impacted by this. Sometimes it doesnt phase me at all. My biggest fear is the reaction im going to have from the meds. If Im a mess now, what are additonal hormones going to do??

Once again Im reminded that Im not alone in this!!

It was so funny I was lying on the accupunture table today and thinking to myself if they play the musical version of Sacrifice by Elton John again today I am going to jump off this table with all the needles still in my pelvis and break the speaker
