Do you eat the same or less on days that you don't work out?
On days that I don't do cardio in particular, I try to be more vigilant of what I eat making sure that I don't go over a specific amount of calories. How about you?

I eat the same whether I workout or not. If I was taking off an usual amount of time, then I woudl change my eating.
