Do you crave sweets or salty?
with my past 2 pregnancies i dont recall wanting more of one or the other- with this one its ALL salt....i even put salt on my food- which i never do.

SALT!!! I'm not a salt person at all EVER, I have the biggest sweet tooth normally and now all I want is the saltier the better!!!!

Sweets all the way. Thing is I'm always a sweets-a-holic but now being pg its even worse. I practically live at the bakery around the corner.

Definitely Salt! I never really was a salt person (I love me the cakes and cookies)..but for some reason, the salt settles my stomach and calms my cravings. My dr. said to take it easy with the salt..so I just drown myself with water if I'm eating anything salty --hehehe.

Sweet for sure! normally i dont have big cravings either way, and when i do it can be sweet or salty equally. haven't had salty cravings at all this pregnancy and always want sweets.

I crave both actually, but give in to the salty cravings more. It seems my little one does not like sweets as I always relapse into nausea whenever I eat them.
