Do you confront when faced with conflict?
I'm so passive in my work and personal lives. I just hate confrontation. At work I had a situation where a co-worker was trying to take over a project, and instead of confronting her or my boss I just finished it all myself a day when she was out and handed it all in without her.
Do you confront, or wait until the situation blows over?

Depends on the situation. I choose my battles, but if it is something that I choose to "battle" I confront it head on. Might I add watch out, if it regards business or money. If I do end up confronting it is usually war and most of the time I win.

I don't like confrontation either, but I force myself to do it when necessary. I find it a lot easier to get into a confrontation on the behalf of others, than for myself.

Depends, family issues I act cowardly. I'm not as quick to confront someone although there are times that it must be done.

I am really bad at confrontation. I tend to hold a lot in and then get sick over it.
Sometimes though I don't even realize I've been "wronged" until well after the fact, then I feel foolish for bringing it up.

That's exactly how I am. My body totally reacts to conflict and I get stomachaches, headaches, etc.  I wish I was the type of person who could just say you did this and it made me feel bad.
