Do Post Partum Wraps work?
I am going to be 1 week PP tomorrow and I had a c/s. My incision is starting to feel better but it stings and hurts and burns at times when I overdo it or bend wrong. Also I am getting a pouch which is very uncomfortable. I was wondering if a post partum wrap will help or if it is a waste of time. If there is something that will work better for less money, I am up to it-I really don't want to spend much. TIA!

If you find it comfortable you can try one - I asked my OB after my 1st csection and my OB (a different one from the 1st time) after my 2nd csection and both said that they really don't work.
