Do plantation shutters work on double hung windows?
I would like to put plantation shutters on these two windows:
However - I also have this bay/bow window on the opposite end of the room - I'm probably just going to do sheers and panels.
Will that look silly if on one end of the room I have shutters and the other end is curtains?

we have double hung windows in all rooms and ordered plantation shutters for the whole house! so, yes

I think you can do them at one end of the room and not the other. White plnatations shutters and white sheers on the other side of the room. You are bringing the color to both ends of the room. I think that is fine.
