Hi,
They are homeopathic tablets (REAAAAAAAAAAALLY tiny) and you give the baby/toddler a few at a time and they dissolve in their mouths. It works like a charm for my kids.

I found the Humphreys at one of the Mom&Pop pharmacies by me. CVS by me doesn't sell them anymore.
