Do I have to tip AGAIN???
I got my hair done last weekend ( a double process to get my hair to blonde for summer), I was there for hours and the salon had closed over an hour ago when the girl starts blowing out my hair.. I repeatedly said during the treatment that I didn't like the way it was coming out and my colorist kept saying it "wasn't going to turn out like that" .. whatever guy.. I went to beauty school and I know what's going on, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.. SOOOO the girl starts blowing out my hair and of course.. I don't like it.. just like I had though.. it's darker blonde at the bottom than the top, which just looks weird b/c I have a pretty short haircut
OKAY.. so to get to my point.. I actually grew a set this time and said I didn't like it and wanted it fixed.. ( I paid a pretty penny) and tipped everyone as if I had loved it.. now I am getting it fixed (for free) tomorrow..
Do I tip the colorist AGAIN?
Edited to say: With tips included, I already gave the salon well over $300 for a haircut and double process

I don't think I would tip the colorist again....but if the hair washer washes your hair....I would tip her or anyone else who helps you today.

ITA! I went last year to get JHS done, and the girls screwed it up the first time, told me to come back to get it redone less than a week later for free....but I had to leave work early to get it done AND I had to sit in the chair AGAIN for 6 hours....sooo no way was she getting tipped again
