DMV - Returning plates?
Can anyone return plates? DH has a car in his name and I want to bring the plates in so I can get it off the insurance but I've been asking him for 4 months now and there they sit. If you want something done right...

Thanks, Im not sure which I dislike more, the DMV or the DMV website  Is it ok if you only have 1 of the plates? He lost one.

i think you may be able to mail the plates in as well. i think we did that when we moved out of NYS.

Yup, this was actually our situation. Someone must have banged into his front plate when they were parallel parking. He got to work and the front plate wasn't there. So I had to return the one and get a new set.

Yep - anyone can do it and it's really easy and quick for DMV.
