Divorced Ladies - Another Question

I know my questions sometimes seem odd, but I have to ask them.

Those of you who are divorced, have you ever regretted your decision?

Was your divorce based on something besides infidelity or abuse?

FM me please if you are willing to share.

Thanks again for baring with me Chat Icon

Re: Divorced Ladies - Another Question

I have NEVER regretted my decision. I actually think it was the best decision I ever made!!
and the reason for the divorce was infidelity and abuse along with the fact that he was just a horrible person

Re: Divorced Ladies - Another Question

I do not regret my divorce one bit. My ex is a good man but we were just not meant to be. He didn't cheat or abuse me we just fell out of love (a little more to it than that but you get the drift). We tried to work it out for a while but mutually we decided to split.

I totally beleive that we made the right decision to part before we had any children and now he is happily married as am I.

Re: Divorced Ladies - Another Question

The ONLY reason I ever regretted it just a little bit was because I wished things would have worked out for the sake of my son.

However, my ex cheated on me, and looking back...I am positive that I made exactly the right decision.

I feel the same way. My ex is a good guy he just had some problems (drugs) that he refused to get help for. In addition, I realized we wanted different things in life. I am so glad I had the strength to leave because now I am happily married to a wonderful man and we have a beautiful son.

Re: Divorced Ladies - Another Question

I don't regret my decision for the last year has been a year of finding myself and what lead me to be with this guy in the first place. I am in a much better place now and feel that I will be much happier b/c this happened. This experience forced me to look at myself and who I am and who I want to be.

I do get lonely once in a while and that's when I miss him....but I don't regret. My ex is a good guy...just not good enought for me Chat Icon
