Divorce Attorney Question
A very good friend of mine is getting divorced.. The attorneyy that is rep his stb ex wife is a SHARK!! He was using a lawyer who just couldnt stand up to her.. He was questioning his Lawyer on advice she gave him and the lawyer got very angry and fired him as a client???  She did him a favor in the long run because she really sucked any way.. Terrible advice was given to him and she NEVER ever returns his calls..
Does anyone know of a GREAT divorce attorney who could stand up to a very aggressive lawyer.. They are burying him and he really doesnt deserve it .. Great guy wanted to stay married she just fell out of love.. Please we need help asap!!! TIA

I used Susan Kassell - she is awesome! She was firm with my ex's lawyer and she also handled a few of my family memebers divorces which got very heated and she made sure the bull the other laywers were trying to pull didnt get anyway.

Diana, the one I sent you is very good with children involved, he has his own as well.
The problem with an attorney of this calibur is that they are not cheap and usually there is a consult fee. Good luck to you friend!

Thank you so much. And I wonder why some atty charge for consults and others dont?? Does that mean they are not as good?? If they DONT charge.. He actually went to see one of the recomendations above , he called your recomendation and they kept missing each other . iactually made the first call and left his #.. Its so hard !! And $$$$$$$$$ WOW!!! He just paid this last one 15k so far and she just dumped him.. We think she didnt have the head to fight with this other atty .. The other atty is a real tough fighter and a dirty fighter .. its sad that there are children and they are def being effected .. especially one of them! Its devastating to watch this .. And if you ask me what a waste of $$$ ..
