Disney Vero Beach
Has anyone ever been? Did you enjoy? Are there activities for kids?

Disney Vero Beach
Yes, I live by there and have gone for a night or 2. The rooms are typical Disney, nothing spectacular, but the hotel is nice, along with the pool area, slide etc. they have lots of activities for the kids, character breakfast, plus it's right on the ocean. But, I much prefer to stay at the Vero Beach resort and spa. It's about 5 miles south of there, we go there all the time.

We stayed there a couple of years ago when DD was 2. They have a great pool shaped like Mickey's head and a slide. Rooms are nice but nothing spectacular. We had a 1 bedroom so having the extra space was great. DD was only 2 at the time so we didn't take advantage of any activities but from what I remember there weren't that many aside from activities at the pool every afternoon. We liked the resort overall. Service was good. What I found more annoying was that there isn't much in the area. We ventured out each night to try and find places to eat and there wasn't much.
