Disney Resort to Universal
I have a trip to Disney booked in Oct and were staying at a Disney Resort, we want to spend a day at Universal, any suggestions/help for getting to/from the resort to Universal

I've never done it, but you can take the Mears shuttle. I believe the info is on their site

You can call the front desk and they'll schedule a cab for you.

If you go out front at your hotel bell services will call a cab (often they are waiting there).
I think meats has a shuttle but I don't think it is cheap and you are on their schedule.
I know some rented a car for one or two days. There is a car care center on property that I think will pick you up at your resort. There is a rental place in the swan or dolphin. You could easily get there from EPCOT or HS.
Or you could just rent a car. We got a good deal for the week. Parking at the hotel and parks is free if you choose that route.
