Disney Questions

So my brother's GF brought up last night that she has a timeshare in Orlando and can go anytime. She has a 3 year old DS and all our boys get along.

We were thinking maybe early or mid October.
When is the best time for Disney. How many days do you think we need?

October is awesome timing! Hot without being sweltering. And minimal lines. I'm a firm believer in not overdoing things. We only do one park, one day. But we also go twice a year. If this isn't a trip you plan to take often, then I can see spending more time in the parks. I still would max it at 3-4 park days split up by relaxing days at the pool. Some timeshares are like full resorts where you can spend the whole week and not get bored. That's more my style. Do you know which timeshare she has?

early/mid october would probably be a good time to go! i've also heard like the very end of august/really early september is good, too because most kids are back in school, or getting ready to go back. my friends went a few times like the last week of august- they said it was really hot... but they pretty much walked on every ride so that made it worth putting up with the heat LOL
I would say 4 full days is good with young kids. Just take your time, see the things the kids really want to see... and you can always go back another time to see more DS is 2.5- we're taking him in February,so he'll be just over 3 and we're going for 5 nights/4 days and i think it'll be good for that age. growing up, we used to go for a full week- but we would have 2 of those days as just hang around the pool/playground days so that we didn't get too burnt out at the parks.

Disney Questions

December is GREAT! The place is all decked out for Christmas, and is just plain awesome. We went December 7-11 this past year, and the crowds were low, weather was gorgeous.

Oct is our fav time to go!

We love the Halloween activities and it is not too hot and not too crowded

How many data really depends on how many parks u want to go to

Disney Questions

We went at the end of September last year and it was great (a little hot though).

Since DS 1 was still napping, we'd do 1/2 day at the park and then come home to nap and spend the rest of the day at the resort. I bought a 6 day pass since it was only $10 more than one for 5 days...

We have gone the last week of April (great weather, moderate crowds) and first week of December (beautiful decorations, moderate crowds but not warm enough for pools).

We plan to go at the end of Sept/beg of October this year for the Halloween festivities. Should be good weather and low crowds.
