Disney moderates
So we are pretty sure we are going to re-book for next year at end of our stay.
Currently at POR and like it a lot. We also visited friends at the Coronado and weren't as impressed. Has anyone stayed at AK lodge? Any other recs?
I'd love to stay at the Poly but don't think it's in the budget, even for a night or two!
ETA: we get free dining at most resorts....I know it's not really free but we are still having a great time and want to return while DS still appreciates the trip.

Disney moderates
Animal Kingdom is a deluxe, but cheaper than most since the only transportation option is the bus, unlike the other deluxe hotels. I've never stayed there, and probably wouldn't to be honest. But it's nice, we have visited.
The Beach and Yacht Club are my favorite. Their pool is awesome, location is super. Price isn't too bad. But....with the deluxe resorts, the room only discount often saves more than the free dining discount does. You have to do the math.

We overheard people on the bus saying only pro about AK is the animals.
I will check out other two you mentioned. We really like it here though LOL so I think others may be a tough sell too.

I've never stayed at any of the resorts, but we did get to dinner at AK's Sanaa last week - the food & atmosphere was outstanding! So if you don't end up staying there just check it out for dinner!

I'm very excited.
Will be writing a full review about our trip soon :).
