Disney marathons question
So I officially registered for the Princess half. Now I need to start to make all the other arrangements. Is anyone familiar with how it all works? I know you get some discounts on accommodations and tickets. I am being told that all resorts are included in this event, unlike some others that only have specific hotels included. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I've done the full marathon twice and yes, they offer a discount on the resorts. However, it's worth it to look at all discounts available for the time you are going as one year we found a way better deal through a travel agent.
Their events are really well run. I hope you have a great time! My goal is to do the Goofy challenge in a few years.

Thanks. I am concerned that it is going to get booked up fast if I wait and see what deals are available.

Re: Disney marathons question
Just wanted to add that for marathon weekend at least we had no problem getting a room, even a bit close to the event. But that's in January which is not a busy time in general. I'd be surprised if everything sold out, but if you have a specific resort in mind then yes, book early.
