I got them at the dollar store. Then I got a bunch of Disney stickers so my kids can personalize them on the airplane trip.

There are a lot of great sellers on Etsy that sell them. I have bought on there, and made my own. To make my own, I bought smaller size sketch books at Michael's that are filled with cardstock and spiral bound. Then I bought Disney themed scrapbook paper at Michael's and modge podged it to the front and back covers, added their names, etc. They turned out cute, and cost about $5 to make because the sketch books were on sale. Also, they are large enough to add a 4x6 photo on the opposite page.
This is the seller I have used, she is on LI. She uses cardstock also. I have an aversion to the regular paper because it's too flimsy and the ink shows through.
