Disney and stroller
I'm taking our double stroller for my 1 year old and 3 year old. I think I'm going to bring our single stroller to magic kingdom and park it somewhere in case my 5 year old needs it. Maybe in the middle or toward the front of the park.
Is this a good idea? Any suggestions on where to park it?
I was thinking of getting the pockit stroller, but It's expensive, gets mixed reviews, and will take up a lot of my stroller basket storage. I might still buy an inexpensive umbrella stroller and stash that other try to attach to my stroller as someone suggested on another post...
Update after trip: We brought our own single and double strollers. We started our vacation at Universal with only the double. We spent about 7 hours a day there. On the afternoon of the third day, DD1 was asking to ride in the stroller. So, we took both strollers to all Disney Parks and kept them with us. It wasn't too inconvenient to push the extra one while we weren't using it. DD1 would ride intermittently throughout the day and fall asleep in it on the way out of the park at night.

Re: Disney and stroller
They have stroller parking all throughout the park, we would park it closest to the attraction we were at. My 5 year old always went into the stroller because of the amount of walking we did. I brought one from home for my 2 year old and I rented the one for my 5 year old through kingdom strollers to use throughout our stay.

Re: Disney and stroller
I’d park it in fantasy land. It’s kind of central.

Disney and stroller
theres stroller parking all over the parks, like areas you park it and do a few attractions then go back to get it. the cast members move them around in the parking areas to make room for other strollers, so it won't be in the same exact spot you left it. SOOO i would attach an umbrella one to the double, just so they're always together and you have it with you when she needs it, rather than spending 20 minutes walking back to get it, and then trying to find it in the parking area... i just think overall that would be a smoother way to do it

Yeah, I might...it's just I have to go buy one that isn't huge and find some kind of straps for it...I was thinking I could leave the stroller somewhere near the carousel because we seem to walk past it many times. Or just at the front of the park for getting back to the car. By the time DD is willing to sit in the stroller, she probably is done for the day. At least that's how it was when she was 3. We had to beg her to sit in it so we could get places quicker, like dinner reservations.

yeah... the carousel or somewhere in fantasy land is probably a pretty "central" spot to leave it. and LOL see- my boys are the total opposite. we had to beg them to walk once in awhile HAHA they just wanted to ride in the stroller. ( we went in August and they were 6 and 3. The older one just turned 7, and the younger one turns 4 next week, so they were actually closer to 7 and 4) Then again, we let them get away with it LOL riding in the stroller kept them from whining which kept everybody happier HAHA i know we're gonna have a battle next time we go because we're definitely not pushing both of them around!! so thats why i was saying to keep a stroller with you for her. BUT if she walked last time, then, yeah, leaving it in fantasy land or somewhere is good-rather then trying to figure out how to strap it to the other one. HAVE FUN!!!!

Thanks! I went to buybuybaby with my stroller and couldn't find an umbrella I could (comfortably) attach to my stroller. And I couldn't squeeze the pockit underneath. Hope she will walk. I also realized that I might give out before her anyway.
