Discipline/Rewards/Behavior Systems

Hello! I am trying to get some ideas together for my stepmother for the kids. Would you guys mind sharing your discipline tricks, rewards/behavior systerms and stuff like that? I have a few ideas for her but I'd love to gather more.

They are good kids, but they are kids. The issues are cleaning up after themselves, following directions and fighting with each other.

so a reward system I think would be appropriate would outline those issues - what they can do vs. can't do:

1. I cleaned up after playing with my toys
2. I listened when (stepmom) told me to _______
3. I played nicely with my brother
4. I used my words instead of hitting

things like that

a sticker next to each item. After certain # of stickers they get to choose from a menu of rewards

ITA -- Reward the GOOD Behavior. If the fighting is physical I would go with immediate Time Out or removal of something (TV, Game time etc.) expecially for the 6yo.
