Digital Chalkboard 1st Birthday?
Ive been seeing those beautiful chalkboards for my LO's first birthday on Pinterest and I'm a little confused as to how to get it. It says it comes in a digital file but I don't know what I need to do when I get the file. So I'm assuming I need to save this to a flash drive and then what? Where can I go that will do it perfectly? Will it get printed up on a poster board? Also- we are having my LO's party in the backyard... I don't know where to set it up. Lay it up against something? Sorry for the dumb questions... I just really don't know lol

Digital Chalkboard 1st Birthday?
A lot of etsy vendors do it. They send you the file and you take it to staples, kinkos, etc to have them print it for you on the specified size that was designed.

They will make it whatever size you want. I suggest going on to etsy and searching for it. Tons of vendors do them and you will see on average what size they use.

Digital Chalkboard 1st Birthday?
16x20. Upload to Walmart pick up same day. Frame from Christmas tree shop. Put on cake table.

It's not too hard to do yourself on the real thing. I did it for my twinsies with paint pens on a wet marker board. Unless you want a really fancy one. I used the boards in their 1 year pictures and on the cake/gift table at party. Everyone loved them. Image Attachment(s):

we had ours printed at staples in a 16x20 size, frame it and displayed it at her party on her cake table. Now its hanging in her bedroom

Digital Chalkboard 1st Birthday?
I also made mine on black poster board with paint pens. Honestly, I probably spent just as much doing it on my own since I had to buy the paint pens, but I like DIYing things, so I didn't care. Now it hangs in her play room.

I bought the file from etsy and put it on a flash drive and brought it to minuteman press. they printed it up for me and then I glued it to black foam board just so there was thickness to it. to have it printed was pretty expensive in addition the file itself. I bought a holder for the sign at michaels or you could use an easel,
