DD we did it at 10 months.
DS we did it at 9 months. I still do half and half sometimes since we still have formula left.
Both had no issues.

At 12 months I started weaning. DD was really picky and was also on soy so I had to do it an ounce at a time.

I started mixing it in with her formula at 11 months. By 1 year she was on full bottles of milk.

we started mixing it at 10 months, bc i was determined to get him off the bottle at 12 months (and it was a success)

We waited for this 12 month well visit and the clear from his PED.
Then we slowly transitioned over a 3 week period.

We waited until 1 year. That is what our Ped recommends- and also what was best for DD since she had milk issues.

i think she was 11 months...she refused formula at that point so we had no choice.

with DS we did it a little past 1 year. but i had tons of breast milk in the freezer for him so i was using some of that.
with DD, my milk suply was suffering due to medication i was on. so i started to slowly supplement with whole milk in bottles when i was desperate. by 1 year she was pretty much only on milk. wasn't really what i wanted to do, but no choice, i didn't want to go to formula and then milk in 2 months time.
