Did you meet with DC's pediatrician?
before you gave birth... Or did you just call them and let them know. I'm confident with my choice, so is it necessary to make an appointment?

i called and they told me i have to come in for a consult visit. i think i may have to do some paper work too. my appointment is on Dec. 16th and i'm due on Jan. 11th.

i met with them a couple weeks before she was born to fill out paperwork so after she was here for her 1st appt we didn't have to fill it out.
It was so much easier, especially since our PED is not affliated with the hospital i gave/will give birth in.

I did the same thing. Plus, it was nice to meet with the Ped and here the practices philosophy. I also got a list of "must haves" that was very helpful
