Did you get the birth certificate back with the passport?
We just received DS#2's passport in the mail but did not get his birth certificate back.
Isn't it supposed to come back together?

They send them seperate... It will probably come tomorrow

My girls BC came I think more than a week after their passports. I thought they were lost.
