Did things start to fall into place...???

The other day I posted about a house that we may be hoping to buy from my DH's Aunt's neighbor. Well I was starting to panic thinking it was to small for us. But we found out yesterday the house has an extension on the back that neither of us knew about. Well today another piece of the puzzle landed in our laps when we found out something...pretty big for us. I won't share just yet but will say it's all starting to come together. Did this happen for anyone else?

well... sorta.... not exactly the same things but yes...

i had a job i hated as well did DW.. we decided we were moving to FLA.... we had a pre-approval from the bank, a real estate agent... and went on a few trips house hunting in fla.... we finally found the house and were going to put an offer on it... by the time we got back to the real estate office it was SOLD!! not just under contract, completly done and gone! we went home with our tails between our legs....

about 2 weeks later, i got a call for a job offer to stay in NY for a 65% increase... then about 2 months later we started looking at co-ops here... and found one that was newly listed on our first day looking, they didnt even have a n open house yet...

made an offer, they accepted and we should be closing in about 3 weeks!!


so i guess you can say things kind of "fell" into place...
