Did my first fit test at Team Extreme today
I missed advanced by 2 points!
2 Mile run- 15.19mins- I haven't seen a time like that since HS
14 push ups (in 2 mins)- I need to work on doing "real push ups"
51 sit ups (in 2 mins)
11:26 for a 2000mm row
6:20 to climb 400 feet
and 3.5 cars- which kills me b/c for me to push 45lbs is so much harder then for a 200lb guy- 45lbs is almost 40% of my weight
not bad considering 4 months ago I couldn't walk to the end of my block- so if I can do it- anyone can!

I went last night with DH, SIL and some friends. I did better than I thought and I think they were impressed we all finished the test! It was awesome, the Jacobs Ladder will be the death of me I just know it!!!

I was there last night also. I did my fit test. It was a killer.
I did 20 push ups
only 12 sit ups (I have lower back problems and really need to strengthen my muscles)
Finished the rowing in 11:50
Did the ladder in 7:40
Did 4 cars
The run is what killed me. I was able to run for a half mile but then pretty much had to walk the rest of the way. It ended up taking me 28mins.
Hopefully if I continue to go my times will improve.

Do it! This week is the fitness test week, they wont be doing testing again until November according to Tyrome
