Did I overdose?

I skipped 3 days of taking my pills

so this morning (probably idiotic of me) I took 3 of them in a row to catch up.

And now, I'm sitting here with an unsettled stomach, and a bit nauseous wondering why.

I look up the side effects of my pills (Estrostep fe) and it says signs of overdose, Nausea and Vomiting

now what?

I guess if I start throwing up I should go to the hospital?

oh boy........been there,done that I think the worst that can happen is you will vomit and feel icky.... I would use a back up method of B/C just in case....

I don't think you need to go to the doctor, unless you start feeling REALLY bad. You will probably vomit and you should use other B/C for this month, just in case. Hope you feel better.

If you miss three, you're suppose to take two pills over two days(I think). I don't think you'll OD on three...but being that 1 makes most people nauseous...3 would def! Why don't you call your GYN??

Taking 3 birth control pills is probably not dangerous, but it will make you feel crappy and you may have some spotting or none at all I would use a back up method of birth control, and if you still have concerns than call your GYN.

Next time that happens just double up 2 days in a row and you will be caught up. I was a horrible pill taker. I never took it the way it was suppose to be taken in 5 years and I can't wait for that IUD next week

I did the exact same thing a few years back. I threw-up once and then I felt better. So stupid of me to do, but you panic. You should be ok.

ugh i hate that. never took 3 at once but two at once i would get nervous, upset stomach and headache.

i also use nuvaring now and don't have to worry about any of that.

I did that MANY times and I was not even on 'low-dose' pills, and I never had a problem

I did that one time (took 3 pills at once) and felt the exact same way... and I was at my friend's bridal shower! The nausea lasted about 2 hrs then I was fine.

I drank extra water and got a bigger lunch than usual, I had a big appetite and everything!
