Did I do something wrong?
Yesterday I posted the topic, Can you take Tylenol with being pregnant. Thank you to all of you for your answers. I noticed that a lot of you wrote only up to 500 mg though. Well Ive been taking 1000 mg per dose. I called my drs office and asked if it was okay and they said no only up to 650 mg I can take. Keep in mind I just had a root canal done and Im in extreme pain from the soreness. Im not gonna be taking 1000 mg anymore but do you think I did anything wrong? I feel like theres gonna be something wrong with the baby now, Or am I just being paranoid??? Thanks for all your help!

Re: Did I do something wrong?
I'm sure it's fine.... don't worry about things in the past that can't be changed...
I had a series of dental X-rays 4 days before I O'ed, and have been irrationally paranoid that Crumb might have an increased chance of trisomy becuase of that
Also, I ate lamb kebabs last night, and didn't realize until I was almost done that they were cooked 'medium', not well done.....
No pregnancy is completely free of these tiny slip-ups...
Just stick to the dose recommended by your Dr. from now on.... I'm sure everything will be fine

i am sure you will be fine - they say that as a precaution b/c i don't think anyone knows how much is safe to take.
just keep taking 500mg instead of 1000 and i am sure all will be ok

Re: Did I do something wrong?
I wouldn't worry about it.
You really have to think back to when your mother was pregnant. There weren't rules like there are today and we're all fine.
If it makes you feel any better, i had just found that i was pregnant (4 weeks) and i had swordfish for dinner, not knowing that i couldn't eat it. I felt really guilty and awful afterwards. But you can't change the past and my doctor said it probably would be no big deal at all.
Some girls on here have caffeine all the time and doctors tell you to cut that out. Or that you can't eat this or that and some still eat it and some don't. Bottom line, the babies have been fine.
I wouldn't worry about it.

If anything, it's probably just worse for you- with all that extra blood , and your body working extra hard, it's probably no good for your liver. I wouldn't worry.
