Did anyone NOT have symptoms at 4 weeks + a few days?
I got my BFP at exactly 3 weeks since my AF. I am now 4 weeks, 2 days..... still getting BFPs but I feel completely normal. No breast tenderness, nada.
Anyone else?
Last PG, I threw up from week 6-16 and def felt sick before.
Should I count my blessings and stop worrying?

Every pregnancy is different. Don't compare your symptoms (or lack thereof!) to anyone else's - just be thankful you're feeling well! I'm sure as you progress you will develop some symptoms, but even if you don't, that doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong - just lucky!

I felt absolutely nothing other than a little crampy until about 16 weeks

No symptoms at all. Didn't even POAS until 6+ weeks. Symptoms mean nothing.

Didn't have ANYTHING that early!
In all honesty being so early, it's not too common to feel anything. IMO a lot of people have a bit of 'psycho-somatic' symptoms that they maybe enhance in their heads in the first few weeks. (Not saying EVERYONE does, it's just an opinion.)
I know for me, I did not feel any real symptoms, except for occasional fatigue, until the 2nd trimester.

I had nothing until about 6-7 weeks. I started throwing up every morning at about 9 weeks and haven't stopped since.

i hardly showed any symptoms throughout this whole pregnancy so far. my nipples were a little sore but thats about it. consider yourself lucky

I'm 8 weeks with my 2nd and I've had far less symptoms this time around. With my first I had terrible m/s right away and this time I've had hardly any in comparison. I was a little nervous about the lack of symptoms so I mentioned it to my dr. and she said it's not uncommon to have different pregnancies each time.

you are still really early.
there's plenty of time for symptoms to come about. and some people have very minimal symptoms.

Yes!!! 
Don't stress it. I didn't have a spec of pregnancy symptoms with DS.
This time between severe cramps at 5 weeks which then turned into morning sickness from 6-14 weeks, I felt like garbage!
Every pregnancy is different.

I didn't have any symptoms until I was around 6-7 weeks. You have to give it time for the HCG to build up in your system.

im 6w1d and i only started feeling symptoms within the last week. My boobs are heavy and nipples are sore, headaches and urinating a lot overnight. Aside from that nothing.

YES! I was symptom free for about 5-6 weeks, then it was full on all day sickness since then. Those lovely symptoms will come, don't you worry
