I didn't have any at the begining. I did have some during the middle of my pregnancy and now that I'm at the end there's supposed to be an increase and I don't have any. Everything you ready is more of a guideline, not a hard fast rule. Everyon'e body is different and going to react differently to the changes of pregnancy.
