Yep...someone posted and article last week. Amtrack is prohited from striking until 1/30 but if they do Penn will be closed.

I've heard this, and because Amtrak is striking, LIRR and the PATH trains won't be able to go into Penn Station. However, from what I understand, Amtrak is not legally allowed to strike, and if they do, they'll be ordered back to work the next day, and most likely will go (unlike the MTA strike a few years ago).
