Did anyone had to go for a 2nd level II
Baby would not show us his little heart last time.
Did any of you had to go back for a 2nd level II?

it almost happened to us, he wouldnt show us his heart or his face at first, finally, after the 3rd sono tech came in to try, he got the heart shot and enough of the face so we didnt have to come back, but we were there over 2 hours

Yes- her hand was over her face and they couldn't get a good reading of her face/lips... they thought she MIGHT have a cleft lip &/or palatte.
Thank GOD it turned out that she doesn't.
They also discovered some cysts around her brain, which I hear/read are common in development.

I had an amnio. He was just turned with his back facing us. She could not make him turn.... not for lack of bouncing/pounding my belly with the sono.

We are going for our 2nd level II next week. They didnt get all the info they needed at the 1st.

I had to go back twice because they cou;dn't see the heart. 3rd time was a charm

yep. Could not get one of the heart valeves, the profile, the pulmonary artery and the nasal cavity. We got it all the second visit!

yes, I went for my first level II at 17 weeks due to a blood disorder, they wanted to make sure that the baby was developing right. Then I had to go back at 20 weeks for them to check the heart once it got bigger.....2 level II's..can't beat that
