DId anyone else get their tax bill receipt?
We are now paying $10,600 for a 3 bedroom ranch in Stony Brook. 67% of this is going to the schools. I don't know how long we can keep doing this. Its absolutely ridiculous!!!

Yep - ours is about $9200 in Sayville but that's over $2000 more than when we bought the house 6 years ago. I posted last night about how it's averaged $337.59 per year average increase.

We are in Merrick and ours are a little over $12k, $9,700 of which goes to our school district

I got mine the other day- I'm trying to forget about it b/c it's ridiculous how high it is! (At least I dont have it as bad as my neighbor- they pay $14,000!!)
