I had twins 8 months ago and I have develped diastasis. I am very uncomfortable in my abdomen and even up into my chest..i have been to Dr. and they said that this is just from the diastasis. I was just wondering if anyone has had this and if they experienced pain and/or discomfort? Thanks in advance
