Diapers Expire?
I was just opening a new package of Pampers Baby Dry and there is a sticker on the outside that says:
Exp: 12/31/2006
I had no idea diapers had a useful life  anyone know why?

The diapers don't, they have a program where you can enter those numbers and get points for free items. I believe its called "gifts to grow" you can find it on pampers.com. My guess is the program expires on that date.

I usually use Pampers, but I also noticed the same expiration on the inside package of Luvs. It also had Pampers.com, I never knew Luvs was a Pampers brand??

yes someone had once told me that, but I guess they don't want it widely known.

I think they do kind of "expire". My SIL gave me an unopened package of pampers that she had from 3 years ago, and the diapers were really stiff and rigid. Like the leak proof stuff had solidified. I didnt end up using them.
